These two are like brother and sister, as per my unique experience, I just think; Memoir is where you get the instruction and Fiverr is where you get the execution, of anything and everything, idea or project.

On the other hand, Memoir is a knowledge marketplace which allows you to monetize your passionate into cash by writing about the thinks you know and love.

Fiverr is a doers platform. Memoir is a knower platform. However, I think when it comes to executing a service in these platforms, or say using their services; Memoir comes in use first, followed by Fiverr.
This is because Memoir is the basic, where the numbers, letters and symbols are generated to form the whole idea of that which you want to execute on Fiverr, since Fiverr is a doer platform, meaning where you go to meet people around the world and pay them to do a work for you. The idea and knowledge of what you want to be done – to get that result, comes from Memoir.
