But ate you disciplined? I mean, can I trust with a task and will do it even though you are not in to it? If you said yes, then I would suggest you start by that. Assume some responsibilities special the ones that be efit others, like helping around the house. Just commit to do it and do it and do it again and few more times…you will realise that the value the things you do have for others around you, is worth for.and you will like that feeling and you will want to feel good like that again. The interest shouldn’t be focused on the activity task thing itself, rather on the value it has for the persons around you.
