I personally think that the absolute core of love is trust. Because research has shown and proven to be that when your partner trust in you, he or she will love you just the way you deserved to be loved. If there is no trust in a relationship, there would be no love.
These doesn’t necessarily matter whether it is a two-strange people love relationship or family-blood love relationship. Psychologically, to differentiate both types of love in coloric demonstration, Red hearts represent the “two-strange people love relationship” and Purple hearts represent the “family-blood love relationship”. Hence, the core of love is trust, before respect follows.

Getting to know the core of love, it is very important to first understand what is love. Per my UNILEX, love is a very strong emotion towards someone or something. These emotions are strong, powerful enough to construct or destroy anything.
Hence to build love between two or more people, these require some core aspect as the foundation of love. Such as; believe, trust, honesty and compassion, these four key words are the core elements of love.
