Because sometimes, i think maybe am over working my brain or myself. So i thought asking it here, so we can interact and find out the unique interest behind our individual happiness goals.

Sex, I mean, love making makes me happy. As a matter as fact, not just happy but happier.
First and foremost, according to DR. Lutress Mmeni, love making is one of the powerful known therapy to relieve or kill stress. And as much as I know, stress in another word is the lack of happiness.
After figuring that out, alongside my therapist, I decided to use sex (love making) as a therapy for my happiness. Although, it’s more preferable with someone you truly love, or better still a soulmate. In that sense; Sex is happiness.

Sometimes just being healthy is enough for happiness, at times spending quality moment with yr partner or family is enough for happiness. Once u got an understanding partner u are a happy person. I feel very relax too sometimes when I listen to my favorite songs n watch music videos.

What really make me happy has many reason…first what make me happy is that am still alive that’s one of the main reason why am happy, when am alone i take to God and thank him for the give of life..my friends make me happy because when we’re together we have fun and laugh, we discuss about many thing that make us happy, my mother make me happy..

Also, having a good time with my family and friends makes me happy and fulfilled..When you have your job that you have always dreamt about, you are happy and satisfied. Hi, as for me, what really makes me happy is defined by various cercumstances. For example, when i am alone, i get to pray and meditate, releasing the negative energy into the univers and let nature take control through hypnitic rythm.
Sometimes i hang out with friends just to get to laugh and feel good.
