Start making Journal Entries
A journal is a great way to see how far you have come with your goals. If you don’t have a journal then start one today. At the end of every day write down your major accomplishments and the feelings you have experienced. Add doodles or whatever you want to inspire you.
You can use the most basic notepad as a journal – it really doesn’t matter. Use a pen and paper arrangement rather than a computer based journal. There is something about writing things down that is really empowering. If you are feeling down for any reason, look back over your journal entries to give yourself a lift.
End the Day on a Positive Note
It is important that you end the day right so that you can get a good night’s rest. Here is what you need to do:
