You will better answer this after putting a lot of time and effort to seek within you your life purpose. And, if you are not a freelancer on on those professions where you are more likely to work solo, is your employer feeling the same towards you? Even of you were as happier as one could be, if your peers and bosses are not feeling the adding value you bring…its also the time to think about a career move. Because a career move is not only about changing professions. It can be as simple as learning a new key skill. Or change the niche or see it from a different angle, as other thinkle member suggested.
