Thinkle functions as a social questions and answer exchange between members from various parts of the world, connected under the takido.io/ Thinkle tree of wealth – through posting questions(ask) and submitting answers(give). People can share and nurture their knowledge through Thinkle.
Verified Members who’ve attained a certain platform’s level such as (knowledge badge, shared knowledge, and followers) has the option to start monetizing their KNOWLEDGE through a peer-to-peer consultation and other many possible ways to make and earn more & more MONEY.
As creators are giving the power to leverage and monetize their knowledge by charging certain fees from other community users for answering their personal and/or private questions, personal advise or counseling, private consultations, also includes a one-on-one Video Mentor-ship Thinkle features chargeable @your cost. You own your knowledge, you decide.
Thinkle goal is to convert IQ = $$.
The larger your KNOWLEDGE, the larger your BANK ACCOUNT.
AGE RESTRICTION (REQUIREMENT)
The use of this site is only allowed and permitted to users aged 18+ years. Children under 18 years is highly prohibited to participate in this platform, while older children should be supervised and given appropriate guidance in their use of our services. It is the responsibility of parents and legal guardians to determine whether any of the content and/or services are appropriate for their child/ren.
THINKLE ACCOUNT OPENING
To ask a question or answer a question on the website, you must first create and setup an account with a username and password (the “Account”). You may not share your password with anyone unless you are a minor, in which case you may share your password with your parents or other legal guardians. You must always provide accurate, current and complete information to Thinkle during account opening for the Service.
You must update such information in a timely manner to maintain its accuracy and completeness. Any use of the Service through your Account will be deemed as being used by you. Thinkle is entitled to rely on the contact and other information that is supplied to us through your Account. Your Account is non-transferable and non-assignable.
MEMBERS ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
If you register on Thinkle, you will be required to choose a password and username, and you may be asked for additional information regarding your account, such as your e-mail address (Unless you signed up / registered using our partner’s account login API access keys “facebook” “google” “twitter”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Thinkle of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.
You may never use another User’s account without prior authorization from Thinkle. Thinkle will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this (“User Agreement”).

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Questions may relate to any topic of your choice, except for the following, which Thinkle does not allow under any circumstances: questions of a sexual, derogatory or racist nature; questions that contain swearing or inappropriate use of language; questions which appear violent or aggressive; questions which may offend or discourage users.
Answers must relate to the question you are responding to. Thinkle does not allow the following under any circumstances: answers containing sexual, derogatory or racist wording; answers containing swearing or inappropriate use of language; answers which appear violent or aggressive; answers which may offend or discourage users (make him/her feel less of a human, intentionally). Penalty for this clause violation is subject to 1k Tcoins deduction from your account or 1 week account suspension, whichever is choose based on Thinkle community editorial team’s decision.
Submitted answers are assessed for quality and relevance, so it is therefore advisable to provide more than just a very brief answer to a question, and to include reasonably-detailed comments, as these help to improve users’ experience of the site. Thinkle teams of linguists reserves the rights to edit, modify, and/or re-structure some or all published content on Thinkle community without prior notice. iv. Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on the Services or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Services;
v. Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
vi. Deep-link to any portion of the Services for any purpose without our express written permission;
vii. “Frame”, “mirror” or otherwise incorporate any part of the Services into any other websites or service without our prior written authorization;
viii. Attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software programs used by Thinkle in connection with the Services;
ix. Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content; or
x. Download any Content unless it’s expressly made available for download by Thinkle.
When using the Thinkle service, please be aware that the answers provided are not necessarily correct, and that Thinkle are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your reliance on any Thinkle service. Thinkle should never be used as a substitute for seeking advice from a qualified professional. By submitting a question to Thinkle, you acknowledge that Thinkle is not responsible for any answer or advice you receive or do not receive, and you furthermore agree not to hold Thinkle responsible for any loss, harm, injury or damage resulting or arising from your submission of a question or your use of or reliance upon any response thereto.
However; Thinkle guarantee’s your reliance on private content, from (“Verified Thinkle Users”) such as 1:1 connection as these users turns to be qualified in their respective domains; meaning their credibility and reputation as posses to their profession as been approved. Information on Thinkle website is available for anyone to view, but not necessarily to access, download and utilize. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, re-publication, display or performance of the content on websites is generally prohibited.
The members authorize Thinkle to publish its content on its website and use it only for the purposes contained in these terms and on the website itself.

You agree to defend and indemnify Thinkle and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:
- (i) your breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein.
- (ii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
- (iii) your use of the Thinkle website.
CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We may change the site and these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion and without notice to you. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about these Terms. Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and any changes will supersede all previous versions of the Terms. Unless otherwise specified herein, all changes to these Terms apply to all users take effect.
